Join us in welcoming BACK Michelle Paul from Outlook Sk! Michelle is a sound healing practitioner, certified crystal healer, Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master, Shamanic Energy Healer, Cacao Ceremony Facilitator, Claircognizant and Intuitive.
Michelle will take us a sound healing journey with her gongs, crystal bowls, and other Shamanic instruments.
BuzzRoc and Kristy (a.k.a. Lady BuzzRock) from Tribal Vibes Wild Fire will accompany the magic with their collection of world drums, didgeridoo and Reiki vibes.

Karen's Summer Package

Karen Piper is a mother, a nurturer, and an entrepreneur. Born under the Libra sun sign, she is a social creature, clever, and eager to help. She was divinely directed, towards the practice of Thai massage. It really spoke to me.” So much so that she decided to follow her intuition, and train in the art of Thai massage. After completing her training, Karen returned to Regina and brought with her a new lease on life and an appreciation for a person’s ability to bend, the mind’s capacity for growth, and of course, the art of stretching.

A trained yoga teacher, she is open to receiving and generous with her energy. Karen began leading stretch classes and eventually made the decision to open The Stretch Studio. “I wanted to help people improve their physical and mental health and empower others to take control of their wellbeing. I believe in a proper combination of diet and exercise, productivity and connection, and stretch.

I hope The Stretch Studio brings you to a safe place of ease and self-care. You’re worth it.”

Kristy's Summer Package!

Kristy Apodaca is a creatrix and trail blazer she has a deep intuitive awareness and connection to spirit. A cultivator and generator of good vibes whether she is teaching yoga, dancing, drumming, flowing with fire, or LED lite props she brings vibrancy and energy to all she does. Kristy is a certified Level 2 Reiki practitioner and also a performance artist, educator, and director. Kristy recently trained in Thai foot massage and loves sharing this relaxing relief in her yoga sessions.

She is co-founder of Tribal Vibes Wild Fire productions with her soulmate, Buzzroc. In her yoga classes Kristy often brings life music accompanied by BuzzRoc.

Join Danika for Kundalini Yoga Sunday's!

Danika discovered Kundalini Yoga in 2017 when it was prescribed to help her cope with depression.

She had never heard of Kundalini Yoga and was unable to find any classes at the local studios, so she ordered videos and practiced at home. Falling in love with this style of yoga very quickly,

Kundalini Yoga transformed Danika’s life completely. She was able to get off medications completely and start living her life feeling like a whole and complete, happy human being.

Danika feels called to share this style of yoga with others and wholeheartedly believes in its healing properties.

She completed her teacher training in March 2021.
