- George cannot sleep because he is concerned about nightmares:
“The nightmares were so vivid that I was afraid to close my eyes. I would watch movies all night long hoping that I was resting my body and mind enough to recharge without sleeping. My doctor tried to give me medication, but it had some strong side effects that I could not stand. I realized that the movies that I was watching were action-packed often with violence. I changed to reading an inspiring book about good things people have done (“Human Kind” by Rutger Bregman), and I have since been able to fall asleep nightmare-free.
