This event combines many different nature and body based modalities to give an optimal healing experience. Each of these processes are tried and tested to assist with trauma, brain injury and calming the system. They also assist with relaxation and sleep recovery, enhancing the immune system.

There is no mandate to share or talk, even if you quietly take it in most people find they walk away more relaxed, feeling a sense of peace they have not felt in a long time and more hopeful about the future!

The scenario below is based on real interactions with people.

- George cannot sleep because he is concerned about nightmares:

“The nightmares were so vivid that I was afraid to close my eyes. I would watch movies all night long hoping that I was resting my body and mind enough to recharge without sleeping. My doctor tried to give me medication, but it had some strong side effects that I could not stand. I realized that the movies that I was watching were action-packed often with violence. I changed to reading an inspiring book about good things people have done (“Human Kind” by Rutger Bregman), and I have since been able to fall asleep nightmare-free. Have you experienced something similar? If so, what has helped you?
