On December 27, 2024 I made the decision to take my health and fitness more seriously and started working with a trainer at the Training Spot Gym.
We started with strength training 3 days a week then after 4-ish months moved to 4 days a week.
My goal was nothing other than I wanted to be strong AF. I wanted to be able to have the strength and endurance to continue to do what I love for work. And jokingly said I want to be able to bounce a quarter off my ass š.
One year later, I am down 10lbs (which wasnāt my goal but a nice little extra) and stronger than I have been in my entire life at 47 years old.
I canāt thank Michael enough for what he has helped me accomplish in the last 12 months both physically and mentally. Some days I think he was more of a councillor than trainer but whatever I need during my sessions, he always knows how to read me and definitely knows how to push me.
