Welcome Jeff!

We are honoured and grateful to welcome Jeff to the 2026/27 cohort of Sphere of the Sacred Man.

Jeff is being drawn to something more meaningful to help people, to creating something to give back.

The experience of breathwork has been transformational in his life. Pairing coaching with breath, Jeff is committed to being a part of changing the consciousness of the planet through breath.

📍What drew Jeff to men’s work?📍

An invitation to sit in on a Sphere circle convinced Jeff of the need to embrace this work, as he observed both veracity and a deep love within the group.

Jeff appreciates the openess of vulnerability within the Sphere.

Jeff acknowledged the diversity of characters of the men of the Sphere, sharing that this diversity creates power within the group.

Meet Sundance!

Sphere of the Sacred Man is a brotherhood co-facilitated by 4 Lead Coaches. Each man brings a unique presence that together create a powerful synergy of collaboration.

Sundance is the voice and breath of the Ancestors and the Land we walk upon.
He initiated the Sphere and immediately began to share it, called by a deep knowing it is something much greater than himself.

Sphere of the Sacred Man has been built one conversation at a time, deeply rooted in stories yet to be told.

Sundance’s being is that he is a servant leader. A coach asking questions and listening deeply to the hearts of men.

📍What drew Sundance to men’s work?📍

Sundance’s journey to men’s work was born of a lifetime of navigating life alone, until Spirit said to his Soul ‘you need help.’ The callus created by life broke open and what became found was the innate wellbeing that was always there.

His first encounter with men’s work was at Ankush Jain’s Powerful Men’s Immersion in 2017 and he has not let up since.

After experiencing personal liberations in his own life, it became his life’s work to continue to share this possibility for men in their own lives one conversation at a time.

Like lighting torches 🔥 around the globe.

Meet Brad!

Sphere of the Sacred Man is a brotherhood co-facilitated by 4 Lead Coaches. Each man brings a unique presence that together create a powerful synergy of collaboration.

Brad holds space for the deep work of becoming a man who is both primal and divine, grounded in strength, guided by presence, and anchored in integrity.

A visionary and strategic thinker, Brad is devoted to re-weaving what it means to be a man in relationship: to himself, to his partner, to his children, and to the ripples he creates in the world.

Brad leads with precision and presence. He is a fierce truth-teller with a grounded heart, devoted to guiding men toward deeper wholeness.

📍What drew Brad to men’s work?📍

In 2017, Brad ran up against persistent challenges in his marriage that demanded more than surface solutions.

In seeking truth and resolution, he entered men’s work, initially with resistance, and eventually committed deeply, completing multiple programs and earning his coaching certification through the UNcivilized movement.

Brad helps men move from performance to authenticity, from isolation to connection, and from wounded reaction to conscious leadership.

David is a steadfast role model of moving through our world with a genuine, wide-open, and loving heart.

He is following the call to step into his personal power and the role he’s meant for, to serve humanity at this critical juncture of time in our species.

David is also committed to being ‘the best dad in the world’ and absolutely adores his young daughter.❤️

He is a loving and kind human, committed to his own journey of growth and healing, while also helping others on their journey with love, support, and encouragement.

📍What drew David to men’s work?📍

David’s journey into men’s work began with a choice to step into what is possible for men who did not have healthy male role models growing up.

For David, men’s work has been a space of brotherhood and companionship, a safe place of support with men he loves and adores.

David understands the immense value, power, and absolute necessity of rediscovering the tools we used most of our existence.

Our tribes, elders, and rituals are so important and needed in the world today.

Welcome Ras!

We are honoured and grateful to welcome Ras to the 2026/27 cohort of Sphere of the Sacred Man.

Ras deeply over-stands life is about Being your Livity = Life force in Oneness without separation from anyone or nature.

Growing up with the vibration of Rasta in Jamaica gifted him with a natural rhythm for being creation, love, and peace.

Ras meets people where they are at without expectation, being a voice for the voiceless, and living by the philosophy that we are all truly one.

“Love is the key to every door. Social living is essential.“

📍What drew Ras to men’s work?📍

Moving from the Caribbean to the UK has exposed Ras to importance of men supporting men in community.

Ras sees the impact of culture on the psyche of both younger men and men, and is committed to serving in fellowship with men in diversity.

He believes in sitting with men, sharing and giving forward the guidance and protection he received.

Ras brings the valuable experience of timing and observation that allow space for men to discover, feel, know and be one themselves.

Wayne has come to the understanding his purpose is that he is love, and he is committed to keep living into love.

He is presence, patience, and devotion to truly seeing and loving others in their humanity.
He finds great joy in being with and supporting others as they experience breakthroughs to living fully alive.

Wayne is a personal and executive coach who partners with people ready to create from Being.

📍What drew Wayne to men’s work?📍

Wayne’s journey to men’s work began in high school when he experienced a sense of purpose and passion in his photography.
By leaning into giving feedback he discovered his natural and valuable gift of mirroring in service to others.

Throughout his life Wayne has contributed to and been a leader in community and men’s groups, as well as embracing the role of Elder with the ManKind Project.

For Wayne men’s work has been the result of a discovery process, showing up, and getting clear on what matters most.

We are honoured and grateful to welcome Jason to the 2026/27 cohort of Sphere of the Sacred Man.

Ryan is choosing to be steadfast courage and commitment, walking through his fears as though he cannot fail,
to shine brightly as his real self
and move with purpose.

He is creating a foundation of BEing gentle, loving, deliberate and accountable.

Ryan’s focus is to be ever more conscious of his connection with Source Energy
bringing in grace, dignity, joy and gratitude.

📍What drew Ryan to men’s work?📍

Ryan’s journey into men’s work began 18 years ago when he got sober and began working with other sober men. He found spirituality, honesty and integrity through sponsorship.

Ryan then discovered the world of life coaching, and saw another way of looking at mentorship.
He credits men’s work with helping him squeeze every drop out of life that he can.

Being with other men helps Ryan participate, recognize and embrace darkness without getting lost in it. And to both appreciate pain and recognize the opportunity for growth within it.

Ralph is that he accepts what exists and serves as a powerful Bridge to what can and will be. He is an ever-expanding being, that breaks divisions wide open through compelling creation and in creating connections globally.

He serves as a peaceful warrior and stand for equal rights, justice, equity and society’s most vulnerable.

As an Integrative Coach, Ralph’s focus, profession, and purpose lies in studying the art of coaching and leadership.
He serves all those he meets profoundly with his presence and deep listening.

📍What drew Ralph to men’s work?📍

Raised by a man who was a senior school leader, the oldest of 3 boys, and as devoted father to his son, Ralph is embodied in and has a natural gift for leadership.

He has spent his life in community leadership roles. Ralph brings a wealth of expertise, wisdom and compassion gathered through his life experience.

Ralph is drawn to conversations and connections around powerful creation and being in full presence.

He is a loving man, sees how men love and is devoted to supporting men stepping into being love and in alignment.
