You guys. I had the most amazing and impactful reading today from Cole from The Path of the Raven.
His Rune reading was so in depth and bang on, giving me the insight and confirmation that I am on the right path.
Cole’s in depth knowledge was mind blowing and provided so much insight in to why things are a certain way for me and who I am.
I highly recommend booking some time with him! You won’t regret it.

Today is the grand opening of Connected Wellness YQR!!! 💗 Huge congrats to Angela and Cara on this amazing space! I’m so blessed to have been welcomed with open arms as a practitioner here!

I just wanted to update everyone!

I have partially moved into my space at , however my partner’s mom passed after a brief hospital stay so things have been busy to say the least.

I am hoping to finish moving in soon and open my books sometime in October. I apologize for the delay, I know many of you have been waiting patiently to see me, and I can’t wait to see you all as well!

Life has just kept lifing in 2025! But I am determined to get back to what I love as soon as possible!

I will post again once my books open. I do have a waiting list and will give those people first priority for spots.

My availability will be evenings and weekends only as I do still work during the day.

Unfortunately I won’t be able to attend the market this weekend 😢

2025 and it’s challenges are real! 🤧

I’m so disappointed as I have some great things all ready to go but the universe has other plans (which I’m learning seems to be the theme of this year of change).

Magical space update!
My amazing contractor Advance Restoration has completed my basement 🎉 first off he is an amazing human and does really good work. He did my basement and also all my flooring upstairs last year. Highly recommend.

I’m working on getting things put back together. Still have cleaning to do and unpack all my witchy things ✨🧹. The next two weekends I am out of town for a work conference and then at the Higher Self Holistics Market at the Create Space. I’m hoping that after that, I can finish up and start doing Reiki and readings again 🙌🏻. I’m thinking end of April.

I’m so grateful for everyone’s patience this year (and the last couple years!) as I try to navigate full time work, running a side business, and all that life throws at me ❤️❤️❤️ You guys rock and have so much gratitude that y’all stick with me. You are my people! 😘😘😘😘

I know I’ve been super quiet on here. 2025 came at me hot so I’ve been busy doing a ton of work.
Not on my basement, the contractors are doing that part of it thank God!
But I’ve been busy handling the other 87 things that have been thrown at me already in 2025.
None of it is bad, and for that I’m grateful!

The reason for the post is to share with you some of the learnings I’ve experienced in the hopes that something resonates or may be useful to you in your challenges 💗
✨ Sometimes things get shaken up, they crumble and fall. But that doesn’t mean we have to follow suit. When things start to crumble & shift, it’s to push us to look inside and see where things need to change. They crumble so that they can be rebuilt on a clean slate, a stronger foundation for us to move forward.
✨ Taking time for ourselves, time to heal, to deeply process and to practice true self care (not just bubble baths and online shopping!) is so necessary, especially right now. Burning ourselves out, giving to others and forgetting our needs, that is no longer going to serve us. The energies are shifting & radical healing & self care is necessary. It’s time to stop giving and giving without being open to receive. If you feel drained and like your soul is being sucked from your body, that might be a hint that you need some form of self care!
✨ We don’t have to go it alone. Find your tribe, your people who are there for those deep soul explorations, those that lift you up just by being present, those that genuinely care and want the best for you. They are literally holding a mirror so that you can see your own beauty and worth. And they aren’t lying. You are beautiful and worthy, it’s just your mind playing nasty tricks on you.
✨ Life is meant to be lived. Comfort zones and familiarity aren’t where growth and expansion happen. Be bold. Live for you. Make yourself happy. Life on earth is short, don’t be afraid to play with it!
✨ We are so divinely supported. There is so much happening for you behind the scenes. It’s hard to have that blind trust but believe me, every step of the way spirit, your guides and angels, and the universe are protecting and helping you along.

Sometimes things don’t look how we want them to.
Does it happen to you too? Things start rolling along, plans are forming, things appear to be going in the exact direction you want… and then Boom! Derailed. Or as I like to call it “Protected and Redirected”.

Now I won’t sugar coat and spew positivity here, because alas I am human and as an empath and intuitive, I feel things very, very deeply. And this year has really flung me to the floor (the wet, water damaged floor 😂). So much overwhelm from a 9-5 job that I truly only do because I have to pay the bills. Being smacked in the face with all of the things that I need to release in my life, and then flooded with water that had nowhere to go. Notice a theme?

I always remind my clients that if there is something they know they should be doing but are ignoring it or putting it off, the Universe will do it for them and it won’t be pretty. Hello! 👋 Hi! Andrea take your own advice! Well I pushed past and ignored it all, and now the Universe is making things happen. And it’s uncomfortable. But necessary.

If you’ve made it this far in my ramblings, I hope some of what I’ve shared resonates with you. If not, thanks for listening anyway 💕

I will be trying to find alternate space either here or outside the home to resume my work until my repairs are complete. I will keep you all updated.

In the meantime, be gentle with yourself and stop putting off those changes you need to make. 2025 is a year of action! 💕✨💕✨💕✨
