Faye is a Mental Performance Consultant with a Master of Science in Applied Sport Psychology. She helps athletes, performers, and motivated individuals strengthen their mental game so they can perform with confidence, focus, and resilience. When working with Faye, clients are offered evidence-based modalities for mental skills such as confidence, focus, resilience, goal setting, dealing with setbacks, and more. She believes that athletes and performers should be empowered to thrive, and helps clients to harness their thoughts and cognitions, to strengthen their performance experiences.
