🌀What is a Concussion Baseline Test?

A concussion baseline is several different tests that evaluate various areas of brain function (balance, reaction time, cognitive ability, memory, visual processing, etc). They are an individual assessment to determine where someone is typically at when they are not injured. They are used to assist in making safe return to play decisions post-concussion.

🌀Who should get a Concussion Baseline Test and How Often Do You Need Them?

Any aged person playing hockey, football, rugby, basketball, ringette, soccer, mixed martial arts, cheerleading or any other sport where concussions may occur. Concussion Baseline Tests are good for 1 year and need to be completed yearly.

📌Brownstone Health is a certified clinic with Complete Concussions offering individual and group testing.

Stay cozy and energized this fall with Reiki. As the weather gets cooler, you might notice changes in how you feel emotionally and spiritually. Shorter, darker days can sometimes make us feel a bit different or down, and that's often a sign that we could use some comforting and healing.

In essence, practicing Reiki in the fall can provide a comforting and grounding experience, helping you adapt to the changes, cultivate inner peace, and prepare for the seasons ahead.
