From creating rituals to naming the grief for what it is, this piece is a gentle reminder that your connection was real and your feelings are valid.

🌿 Movember Giveaway

Movember is a reminder of how deeply mental health impacts men, and how often these conversations go unspoken. At Wildflowers, we believe that even small rituals — like slowing down with a warm cup of coffee — can be part of creating space for care, reflection, and connection.

This Movember, coffee’s on us. We're offering a $50 gift card to Cozyhaus Regina, inviting you or someone you love to take a quiet moment — because caring for our mental health doesn’t always need to be loud to be meaningful.

2️⃣ Tag a man who would love a moment to slow down
3️⃣ Share this post to your story for a bonus entry

Let’s continue to make room for men’s mental health — with gentleness, with honesty, and with community.

🕊️ Winner announced November 12 in our stories. We will never ask for personal or credit card information.

🧠 This year, we dressed as your favourite brain chemicals — because nothing’s scarier than unprocessed feelings.

Each of these chemicals plays a role in how we experience the world:

💫 Dopamine helps us feel motivated and rewarded — it’s that spark of joy after crossing something off your list.
🤝 Oxytocin builds trust and connection — it shows up in moments of closeness and care.
☀️ Serotonin supports mood balance, sleep, and a sense of calm.
🔥 Cortisol is our built-in alarm system — helpful in short bursts, but exhausting when it lingers.

When we understand how our brain and body work together, we can approach mental health with more kindness, curiosity, and care.
