This year has been hard and this Christmas will look very different for a lot of us. In acknowledgement of this we would like to reach more people and giveaway not one but 3 Christmas dinners.

Nova Stark McCurdy made a speedy entrance into our arms at 9:29pm last night! 7lbs 13oz and 19.5inches. Augustus is a super proud big brother! We're all doing well and basking in the new family of four snuggles!

Join us in Regina at the Saskatchewan Science Centre on Wednesday or Thursday evening during Naturopathic Medicine Week May 13-18, 2018 for our FREE film screening of The Connection.

Space is limited to 100 people each night so come early to get a seat!
The movie starts at 7pm is just over an hour long and will be followed by a panel discussion featuring a number of our local Naturopathic Doctors. We hope you can join us!
