Healthy Roots is a place of healing where experts from a variety of fields come together to assist you in reaching your health goals.

We are an Eco-Friendly Wellness Centre, proudly serving Regina and area since October 2010. Our address is 330 Gardiner Park Court (conveniently located just north of Arcola on the corner of University Park Drive and Truesdale Drive). We are in the same building as Gardiner Park Animal Hospital.

We are dedicated to providing the highest quality Massage Therapy, Cupping Massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Reflexology, Biofeedback, BodyTalk, Hypnotherapy, and Cold Wave Laser in a professional, safe, and comfortable environment that is suitable for the whole family.

We are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We have made booking appointments simpler for you by creating a website that features an online booking system. This will allow you to easily compare your schedule to ours, and book & cancel your own appointments 24 hours a day. Please note, we do not have a Receptionist, calls will be returned as soon as possible. We also have free Apple & Android Apps.
