Therapy, but make it fun!
In this obstacle course, Scarlett worked on:
🪵 Balance beam (1 foot on / 1 off) – working on weight shifting, single-leg control, and awareness of where each foot is
💥Crawling with head turns + cone passes – building coordination, core stability, and using both sides of the body together
📦 Step downs – focusing on control, eccentric strength, and safe lowering
🔄 Lateral stepping through hurdles – improving side-to-side movement, hip strength, and foot placement
Putting it all together challenges balance, coordination, strength, and body awareness — especially when one side needs a little extra attention.
And of course… keeping it fun while doing it 😊
