In a motivational and friendly manner, clients are instructed on proper exercising techniques according to their body’s condition. As a small class (6 to 8 students) we focus on flexibility, strength, and endurance of the mind, body, and soul. By engaging in these programs and classes, one can experience the endless health benefits of physical activity.
