Winter solstice tocuses on introspection, renewal, and hope, marking a period of rest before the sun’s rebirth signals new beginnings. It’s a time to embrace the darkness for personal growth, letting go of old habits while planting seeds for the future, much like the dormant life in the earth. This time of the year encourages deep reflection and gratitude for the natural cycles of life, death, and rebirth.
Work with the energy of the upcoming Winter Solstice to reflect on the past six months and shed what is no longer serving you. Fill this space with what you would like to manifest and see more of in your life! Heighten the power of releasing and manifesting through intention setting, yoga, breathwork, meditation, reiki, card pulling and more!
