I have some big news! This announcement does come with some mixed feelings so please bear with me as I navigate the uncomfortable parts with awkward humour and far more words than necessary. 😅

I will soon be taking an indefinite leave from office-based work. What feels most aligned with my highest expression and service to others is shifting. Full disclosure, I don't know how this will look for my practice long-term. What I do know is that the intuitive nudges really could not be any clearer. Following my intuition (and in doing so, speaking and living in truth) is the only reasonable option for me at this time, which means fully letting go of having an office in the city. These last several years, as I know so many of you can relate, have been a deep dive for me. I now realize that I hit burn-out long ago but was too stubborn to admit it. I was, thankfully, able to taper back my hours and diversify with more home-based pursuits. This time spent focusing more inwardly and close to home has provided some clarity and direction. I still have no idea what the destination is 🤣 but I do feel some relief and forward movement now that I have accepted what I need to fully release.

What I have experienced over the last 15 years serving from an office (various offices) in Regina has been transcendental. Even that word falls short as I sit with the feelings. Thank you to each and every soul who found their way into my office. What I have learned from you all is impossible to summarize. I love you and am so grateful for the experiences we shared. ❤️🙏

You may still see me around with the odd group offering, or working in collaboration with others in the local healing community when energies and inspiration align. Basically, you'll see me if something is a '£uck yes!' as I am committing to only what fully resonates, which means it respects my rhythms and very limited social battery. 🤣 Speaking of social, I will be keeping my social media accounts for now and will provide updates there if/when they arise.

Though I anticipate that I will be unavailable for sessions of any kind for the remainder of the year (other than those I have already booked), I will resume some availability for phone/online and in-home appointments in the New Year. My booking system will remain the same.

October 24th will conclude my time in the beautifully sunny office space on Smith Street, where I have been honoured to meet with many of you over these last several months. A great big thank-you goes out to my friend, Dr. Lauren Straub for providing me with such a great space to work, alongside the loveliest group of women.

Moving through this transition, I'm so grateful to have the unwavering support and encouragement of my partner, Lawrence. The option to retreat into self-care, healing, education, and re-imagining of life has been made possible through our commitment to each other. I am beyond blessed with the most kindred, loving, supportive partner, family, and community.

She has been a Registered Massage Therapist for nearly 20 years and began her journey with Craniosacral Therapy in 2019. A variety of techniques from decades of training allows Crystal to meet each client where they are. Hello! I hope this update finds you warm & well! 💜 Regarding my availability for appointments, I am currently between offices, as the centre I have been working out of for the last year has closed. I'm welcoming the opportunity to pause and tend to things at home, enjoy the homeschooling journey with my children, and be more present for our farm animals during these coldest months. I'm so grateful for the time that I was able to be with in their Regina location and wish everyone in this beautiful community much success and adventure ahead!

I will continue to have some limited availability for remote sessions by phone and videocall for those who may be interested. For follow-up appointments, I am also happy to make house calls, if that is preferred. Please call, text, or email me directly to book appointments, as I have temporarily closed my schedule for online booking. I will keep you posted when I am once again available for in-office appointments. Thank you for all your love and continued support during this time of transition!
