Treatments can be for an overall body attunement or for specific emotional/physical issues. Reiki treatments can be done with children/animals and pregnant women. Is a Japanese technique used for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It is used at times such as before and after surgery, before and during childbirth, help with healing of broken bones, burns and more. Reiki is a special kind of healing energy that can only be channeled by someone that has been attuned to it. It acts to reduce negative side effects, shorten healing time, reduce/eliminate pain, reduce stress and help create optimism. Reiki is a complimentary therapy that can be used in a personal wellness or healing program. It has been used to help with cancer treatment and side-effects, heart conditions and healing, migraines and much more. Aside from private practice, Reiki works along side health-care and natural remedies and is used in hospitals and hospices.

💚Reality: Reiki is form of hands-on therapy. It is a powerful spiritual practice, open to all.

💚Reality: Reiki is a complementary therapy for relaxation and wellbeing, is is not a cure, nor does it guarantee any results of outcomes.

❌Myth 3: Reiki isn't real
💚Reality: Reiki draws on the same energy principles used yoga, acupuncture & Tai Chi, sound healing and meditation.

❌Myth 4: Reiki is dangerous
💚Reality: Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive therapy. It can do no harm.
Reiki isn't manipulative or a way of controlling, it is an ancient technique for stress reduction and relaxation. Regular contact with Reiki will bring the recipient's mind, body and spirit into balance. It is an excellent support to the overall physical, mental and emotional healing process.

Today we are sitting under the harmonious full moon in Libra.  This lunation is our reminder to find balance within ourselves and reflect on the relationships around us.  The first few months of the year have felt fast, intense and shaky.  And now, as we arrive at this full moon, we are being asked to take a deep breath and find our centre.  

Libra is an air sign that is represented by the scales - a beautiful symbol for truth, balance and understanding.  

Libra wants to find peace, and craves peaces for those around them.  Let this full moon be your gentle reminder to check in with what you need first and notice how you can recalibrate.
