My mission is to facilitate healing and transformation by aligning the body’s natural energy flow and tapping into the power of the subconscious mind, guiding you toward holistic well-being and lasting change.

You’ve already done the work.
You’ve thought about it.
Processed it.
Made sense of it.
But knowing isn’t the same as feeling safe.
Because your body doesn’t heal through awareness alone.
It heals when it finally realizes…
it doesn’t have to live like that anymore.

03/21/2026

You made it out of survival.
So why don’t you feel like yourself yet?
Because this is the part no one talks about.
The part where life looks better…
but your body is still living like it’s not.
Still overthinking.
Still bracing.
Still waiting for something to go wrong.
You’re not stuck.
You’re just not fully out of survival mode yet.
And that’s exactly what this work is for.

I thought once the hard part was over…
everything would just fall into place.
Like I’d wake up one day and feel different.
Lighter. Clear. Alive.
But that’s not what happened.
The chaos ended…
but the numbness stayed.
No one talks about this part—
the space where you’re no longer surviving,
but you’re not quite living either.
It’s quiet here.
Unfamiliar.
Easy to mistake for failure.
But it’s not.
It’s the space where everything is recalibrating.
Where your body is learning what safety actually feels like.
And yeah…
this is where a lot of people get stuck.
Not because they’re weak—
but because no one told them this part was coming.

Complex trauma f*cks with our identity. Kids are more developmentally vulnerable to that kind of f*ckery— but adults can absolutely get their sense of self scrambled by traumatic stressors. Ask survivors of cults; ask refugees; ask adults who became disabled as adults.

Trauma doesn’t always look the way people think it does.

Many people imagine trauma as one dramatic event — an accident, violence, or a disaster. But the reality is that trauma can develop in many different ways over a lifetime.

It can come from childhood experiences.
From repeated stress in relationships.
From witnessing harm.
From medical events or ongoing challenges.
Sometimes even from supporting someone through their own trauma.

Trauma isn’t about “what should have been manageable.”

It’s about how our nervous system experienced and stored the event.

Two people can go through the same situation and their nervous systems may process it completely differently.

Understanding trauma helps us replace judgment with compassion — for others and for ourselves.
Healing begins when we recognize that our experiences matter and that our nervous system deserves support, safety, and regulation.

When someone breaks a bone, we don't call them "ill." We call them injured, hurt. There's nothing wrong with being ill; it's just not an accurate description. That's why I don't consider CPTSD & Dissociative Identity Disorder "mental illnesses." They are injuries. Survivors are hurt & in need of recovery, not sick in need of a "cure."

Toxic thought patterns. Revenge. It's one thing to go through the grief cycle (rollercoaster) but I've seen and heard this (I'M NOT INNOCENT IN THIS!!!)

We want to look at breaking cycles. Breaking trauma patterns, not inflicting the damage done to us, even back to the ones who have caused some of the pain.

Let's rebuild together. Properly. With intention. Not revenge.
