Hi Everyone!!
Hi everyone this week's card is about that "What's missing" feeling.
Are you one of those people who did everything you thought you were supposed to do and still feel like something is missing? Or are you struggling with what you want in life and just can't quite figure out what is missing?
This week is a good week to start working on that feeling. If you have a willingness to do the work needed to step away from old habits and belief systems that may no longer be serving you, there are many tools available to you.
Try reading books like the Power of Now or One Day My Soul Just Opened Up.
For those like me who struggle to turn off their brains to meditate, Instead of focusing on yourself and looking inward, bring your attention outward and simply observe. Notice what is going on around you. That’s it! Simply taking the time to stop, observe, notice, will give space for you to see any changes you might want to make in life or what area of your life you want to add to.
Remember, it's your life, It’s about YOU. It’s about figuring out what makes you feel fulfilled. What brings you joy or makes you feel alive. What gives your life meaning or purpose.
It’s also about figuring out what gets in the way or stops you from doing this. And how you get in your own way.
And then it’s about taking the steps needed to build your life and work around what you truly want.
It doesn’t have to be a big change (although some people choose to do it this way). For many people, it’s a case of taking steps in this direction and paying attention to how you feel and how your life changes as you do so.
Gradually, as you begin to notice things or make changes, you might discover that it wasn’t the things in your life that were causing distress, but rather it was the choices you were making based on what you thought you should do, rather than following your heart.
