I’m so honored to share that my story is being featured in 100 Women Who Lead – Volume 3. ✨
This opportunity came through saying yes to sharing my voice in Girl Heal… and it’s a reminder that when we choose to be seen, even in the vulnerable moments, it opens doors we could never plan for.

With the cooler weather the past couple of days again, how are you supporting your mental, physical and spiritual health? 🤷‍♀️
These were my favorite things to do this weekend!
I dressed up and headed out for a bit of fresh air regardless of the temperature and wind. Snapped some nature pics of course!
Rested in bed and colored in one of my many coloring books....
Re-read an oldie but a goodie.
And of course connected with some loved ones and watched some good movies. 🤗

Last night was our final night of Inner Authority.
And I just feel really grateful.
For the conversations…
the openness…
and the willingness to slow down and really look within.
There’s something powerful about that.
Thank you to everyone who was part of it. 🌿
For anyone who missed it, I will be holding the class again in the near future.
