🌌 When the Sun Stirs, So Do We...
The recent electromagnetic storms have been painting the heavens with northern lights, but the show is not only happening above us. Our bodies are small oceans of electricity and water, and when the Sun sends out big waves of energy, those tides roll through us too.
If the last few days have felt a little wobbly, sparkly, or strange, you are not imagining it. You are a living antenna walking on a magnetic planet.
💫Possible physical symptoms you could be feeling:
*unusual fatigue or sudden waves of sleepiness
*headaches or pressure around the temples and third eye
*dizziness or lightheaded moments
*ringing in the ears or changes in hearing
*heart fluttering or feeling your pulse more strongly
*body aches with no clear reason
*disrupted sleep, vivid dreams, or waking at odd hours
*temperature shifts, feeling too hot or too cold
*dehydration even when drinking water
*sensitivity to light, sound, or crowds
💫Possible emotional & mental experiences:
*feeling emotional without a clear cause
*old memories bubbling to the surface
*anxiety spikes followed by calm
*difficulty focusing or brain fog
*bursts of creativity and insight
*irritability, then sudden compassion
*desire to be alone and quiet

🩷 Here are some gentle ways to support yourself:
*drink extra water with a pinch of mineral salt
*rest without guilt, naps are medicine
*step outside, touch trees, touch soil
*keep your schedule light and soft as possible
*breathe slowly, especially on the exhale
*limit scrolling and loud stimulation
I have been experiencing many of these symptoms and I found that eating light, resting more, spending a little time in nature and Reiki are really helping me. Also, just knowing what you may be experiencing is real and just going with the flow may help.
