Jenna works with clients ages 12+, on topics such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and emotional regulation. She also continues to offer mental performance services to athletes and teams. Most insurance companies cover work with a CCC, and we encourage you to check your coverage. Book now - Jenna is accepting new clients.

February Mental Performance Promotion!

Mental skills are trainable, and they matter when it counts. To support athletes getting started, new clients are eligible for a discounted rate on initial individual mental performance sessions or a Mental Performance Profile when they book with Jenna. This promotion is available through February only, and appointments must be attended within February to qualify.

Join us on Sunday January 11th from 4-5:30 to create your 2026 Vision Board.

This in-person, interactive session invites participants to create a personal vision board that reflects what they are working toward in the months ahead. Alongside the creative process, we will explore the basics of effective goal setting and how visual imagery can support focus, motivation, and follow through. Participants will learn how images can shape attention, reinforce values, and keep goals top of mind. No artistic experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to reflect on what matters most.

Please note that effective March 1, 2026, session fees will be updated. Appointments with Psychologists will be $225 per hour, and appointments with Certified Canadian Counsellors and Social Workers will be $170 per hour.

Masking means hiding traits or behaviours that society teaches us are undesirable or that feel “different.”

It can look like forcing eye contact, rehearsing conversations, or mimicking others to fit in.

Masking can help someone feel accepted in the moment but, over time, it can lead to exhaustion and burnout.

Safe spaces to unmask matter. Acceptance matters even more.
