What if what is feared the most… is actually blocking focus from seeing something beautiful?

🌅💛In this video, I tell a story that I share with many clients who are stuck in a pattern of fear or grief because those emotions can become the blinders that block opportunities, and keeps us from stepping into the life we’re meant to experience.

Through the story, learn how to shift perspective, soften the fear, and notice the beauty that’s been hiding in plain sight. 🌿🌈

If you’ve ever felt stuck, scared, or unsure of what comes next, this message is for you.

You’re not behind.
You’re not broken.
You’re just one perspective shift away from clarity.

💫✨ What you’ll gain from this video:

• A new lens for understanding fear
• Gentle mindset shift to help you move forward
• A reminder that beauty often sits right beside what scares us
• A sense of peace, grounding, and hope

Take a deep breath, hit play, and let this be the reminder your heart needed today. 🤍

👣 Who Studies Reflexology?

Spoiler: it’s not just people who really, really like feet. 😅

Reflexology students are usually people who’ve had that “aha!” moment:

👉 A migraine finally eased without meds.
👉 Stress melted after a single session.
👉 Chronic pain didn’t feel so… chronic.

And suddenly they thought: “If this helped me (or my loved one), imagine how many others I could help!” 💡

🌱 Why people dive in:

👉 They want a career that actually heals, not just hustles.
👉 They’re tired of clocking in for paychecks that don’t light them up.
👉 They’ve got a big heart and want to make a difference (without needing 8 years of med school and a mountain of debt.)

✨ What’s the reward?

👉 It’s watching someone walk in hobbling and walk out smiling.
👉 It’s being part detective, part healer, part cheerleader.
👉 It’s building a flexible career where you choose your hours (and yes, leggings totally count as work clothes).

And it’s knowing every day you’re not just working for money, you’re working for meaning. ❤️

👣 Reflexology isn’t about feet. It’s about people, healing, and connection. The feet are just the map.

And the attraction?

Helping someone feel human again… while you finally feel at home in your own career.

So if you’ve ever caught yourself thinking, “I wish my job actually mattered,” maybe reflexology is nudging you toward a path where it does.

I certainly wasn’t looking for reflexology when it found me. I didn’t even know what it was. I’d love to hear your stories about how reflexology found you!!

👣 Ever get out of bed in the morning and feel like someone snuck in overnight and swapped your feet for Lego bricks? 🧱

That, my friends, is how some people describe what it feels like to have plantar fasciitis.

Here’s how I explain it for clients so it’s easier to understand how it happens.
Imagine chicken. 🐔 You know that thin, stretchy layer of tissue between the skin and the meat?
That’s fascia. It covers the bottom of our feet (and plenty of other stuff too) 👣
Now, imagine that tissue in your foot getting tiny tears.
Overnight, while you’re sleeping like an angel, it starts the repair process. It is starting to heal.
When your eyes pop open and you bounce out of bed like a kangaroo, you put all your weight on the not-so-healed tender tootsies and BAM! 💥 Those almost repairs explode like bubble wrap. 🤕 💥

Here’s the kicker: it’s not just your foot causing the fuss.
The calf muscle is like an overzealous tug-of-war partner, pulling on that poor fascia all day long.
Tight calves = extra tension = more pain.

So, where does reflexology come in?

✨ Reflexology may help release calf tension
✨ May improve circulation to speed healing
✨ May bring back mobility and relief without invasive treatments

It’s like giving your feet (and calves!) the spa day they deserve, but with a purpose. 🌿

If your mornings are starting with a hobble instead of a happy step, it’s time to get those feet (and fascia) some TLC.

👣 Plantar Fasciitis: The Morning Monster Under Your Heel 👣

Ever hopped out of bed, took that first glorious step toward the coffee pot… and BAM! 💥 it feels like someone stuck a knife in your heel?

Yep.

That’s how clients describe what their plantar fasciitis felt like!

It sure does have a profound way of saying: “Good morning, sunshine!” ☕🔥

📘 Here’s the scoop (in plain English):

Your plantar fascia is this thin, stretchy band of tissue that runs along the bottom of your foot.

Think of it like that thin little layer connecting chicken skin 🍗 to the meat 🍖.

When it’s calm, life is good.

But when it gets torn or inflamed — welcome to the hobble club.

💡 Here’s the kicker:

Your fascia just starts healing when you take the pressure off it to rest (like when you’re sleeping).

But the second you jump out of bed and dump all your body weight onto it — 💥 it rips back open.

That’s why mornings can feel like heel hell for people who suffer with plantar fasciitis.

And it’s not just your foot. Tight calves are bullies too 🐂.

When your calf muscles pull, they yank on the fascia like a toddler tugging a balloon string — leaving your poor foot screaming.

👉 Where reflexology steps in (pun totally intended):

Reflexology works by releasing tension in the calves, relaxing the fascia, boosting circulation, and easing inflammation.

Translation?

Less hobble, more happy dance. 💃

So next time you hear someone say plantar fasciitis is “just foot pain,” you can smile, sip your coffee, and know that reflexology isn’t just pampering — it’s legit science for your soles.

💬 Question for you:
Have you ever had that “stabbed-in-the-foot” feeling first thing in the morning or know someone who does?
