It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our Co-Founder and Executive Director Richard Champlone. He is now at peace with Susan in the Beyond. He will be truly missed by us all.

Drug Alert: WINNIPEG — Tue. March 25, 2025

Orange chunk/pebble substance sold as DOWN contained a mixture of multiple types of fentanyl and benzodiazepines, as well as ketamine.

Naloxone does not work on benzos or ketamine. Combining sedatives (like benzos or ketamine) with opioids (fentanyl) increases the risk of complex overdose and death.

Substance was tested at Street Connections on March 17, confirmed by Health Canada Drug Analysis Service.
