Ryan's Reiki Healing

Ryan's Reiki Healing “Reiki” (ray-key) is Japanese for ‘universal life energy, and is also a word used to describe a system of natural healing.

Ryan's journey of self-discovery and healing began five years ago when he went to the Sunshine Coast Health Center in British Columbia. It was there that he met one of his mentors, John Flaherty, and was introduced to John's "Living your Truth" life philosophy. Through mindfulness meditation, awareness of the mind/body connection, and metaphysical energy healing, Ryan has been able to overcome years of addiction, depression, and anxiety. Since moving to Regina in 2013, he met Sarah and through BodyTalk and other energy work, has been able to take his healing to another level. He strongly believes in the body's abilty to heal itself through listening to its inner intelligence and maintaining balance between the mind, body, and spirit. He has recently completed the Reiki II course with Dawn Kress and is currently taking the Reiki Master course. His goal is to help others find healing through shifting their consciousness in order to reach their true highest self.
