Finding Light in Remembrance:
Incorporating Your Loss. Instead of trying to push the memory of your loved one or struggle aside, try finding ways to bring it into the season. This active remembrance can be healing. Simple ideas include: Donating to a favorite charity in their name.
Cooking their favorite recipe and sharing a story about it.
Writing a card to them and placing it on a memorial tree. These acts turn grief into meaningful tribute. We remember with you.

Sadly, Barry Mooney retired on April 5, 2025.

It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of our colleague, Barry Mooney.

Barry passed away peacefully at the Ottawa Civic Hospital. He was very involved with Pinnacle Cremation Services when it was just a dream. We will always value his loyalty, friendship, infinite knowledge, and wisdom.
We are so grateful Barry never wanted to retire and came to work with us for the past 5 years. More importantly he was our friend. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered.

We buy Canadian, our cremation caskets and our hardwood caskets are all manufactured in Victoriaville Quebec. Our Urns are also from Victoriaville. Wooden urns are handcrafted in Ontario and Quebec. We will continue to focus on a buy Canadian a strategy.
