the life long journey of yoga, the awakening of the connection between mind, body and soul, harmonizing together to create inner peace. calming the mind allowing it to decompress emotions and stresses.
yoga isnāt just used for exercise⦠it comes with a sense of self love, compassion and grace.
life nowadays is pressuring, stressful, fast paced and people are forgetting what it feels like to live, what makes them feel truly alive.
mindfulness is a challenging things with lots of our plates, start this practice by noticing what that first sip of coffee feels like. notice why it is you love the people in your life. appreciate that cute dog on the sidewalk enjoying his strut on the town smelling all the new smells. how about when youāre in your favourite spot in the house reading a book in peace and quiet, or pay attention to the sounds of the wind in the trees or the birds beautiful signing voices.
notice what it feels like in the present moment and be grateful for every breath that you are able to take in.
shine the light on those little things in your everyday life that you seem to forget about.
