Our Athletic Therapy Clinic provides individuals of all ages professional and personalized health care though assessment, and active rehabilitation and reconditioning of musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. Our clinical services include: injury assessment, treatment/rehabilitation, personalized home exercise plan, orthopaedic tape application, ambulation device fitting (crutches, canes). Our clinic also offers various items to help you through your injury rehabilitation, including exercise resistance bands and muscle release lacrosse balls. Halloween tips and tricks! 🎃

1) Wear good footwear! Wearing something comfortable can keep your feet happy and help you from not only rolling your ankle but also from getting sore feet. Happy feet means you can walk for a longer duration (and that means more trick-or-treating!). 👣👟

2) Stay hydrated with water! Drinking lots of water during the day and day before can help you stay hydrated while going out for Halloween! 🫗🚰

3) Stretch! Give your body a good stretch before and after going out to stay limber for the night and to help your body recover after! You don’t want to be sore the next day; you want to be able to enjoy your plunder! 🏴‍☠️🍬
