This is a space created for women to slow down, breathe, and come together without judgment or expectation. Through guided reflection, conversation, and intentional moments of stillness, you’ll be supported in showing up exactly as you are—whether you feel full, tender, uncertain, or simply curious.

Women’s circles are about remembering that you don’t have to hold everything alone. They offer a sense of belonging, deep listening, and the quiet power that comes from being witnessed in community.

Yin Yoga is a slow, steady practice designed to help you unwind tension and settle your mind. In this class, you’ll be guided into supportive poses and then given quiet space to stay, breathe, and simply notice what’s happening within your body.

The room stays mostly silent, with only soft music playing in the background. This stillness gives your mind a chance to rest and teaches you how to remain present without constant instruction. Poses are held for a few minutes, followed by gentle counter poses to release the tissues we’ve worked with.

Yin is an inner practice.
It’s not about stretching further — it’s about softening, listening, and allowing your body to open naturally. Each class offers a quiet reset, a chance to slow down, and an opportunity to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe, grounding, and deeply restorative.

Ground & Grow was created for anyone who wants to learn yoga with confidence — beginners, returning students, or those who want to strengthen their foundation. This class takes the guesswork out of learning by breaking down poses, exploring alignment, and giving your body the time it needs to feel steady and supported.

The structure is simple and encouraging:
Week 1 introduces foundational asanas.
Week 2 revisits them and adds a bit more.
Week 3 integrates the first two weeks and expands again.
By Week 4, poses from the journey are repeated so you can feel the difference in strength, stability, and comfort.

Through hands-on assists, thoughtful guidance, and clear modifications, students learn how to adapt each pose to their own body — creating a grounded base that supports long-term growth. Nothing is rushed. Everything builds with intention.

This is a class to settle your roots, strengthen your body, and watch your confidence grow from the ground up.

Because of the way the holidays fall this year, many of our regular Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday classes won’t be running — and a few of you reached out saying, “I’m afraid I’ll get stiff if I don’t come to yoga for three weeks!”

So… I listened.

This special one-time All Levels class on Monday, December 29th at 6:30 PM is being offered by student request. It’s designed as a feel-good, stretch-based class to help you stay mobile, release tension, and reconnect with your body during the busy holiday season.

The class will be accessible for everyone — beginners, experienced students, and anyone who just wants to move gently, stretch deeply, and leave feeling better than when they arrived.

This is a drop-in class at $15, and because it’s a special offering outside the regular schedule, pre-sign-up is important so I know we have enough students to make the class viable.

If you’ve been missing your mat, feeling tight already, or simply craving a little movement and grounding between Christmas and New Year’s — this class is for you.

Let’s move, stretch, and feel good together.

Yin Yoga is a gentle pause in the middle of a busy world — a place where everything slows down and you’re invited to simply be.
In this class, poses are held quietly for several minutes, creating space for deep release without effort or force. I guide you into each shape with clarity and care, and then the room settles into soft music and stillness. There’s no talking, no direction, no pressure — only the quiet rhythm of your breath and the unfolding beneath it.

With your eyes closed, you are encouraged to rest inside the moment, letting thoughts drift by like clouds. Each long-held pose is followed by a simple counter movement to soften the tissue and restore balance before moving on.

This practice is a retreat inward — a slow exhale for the body and mind, a place where you reconnect with yourself in the most peaceful way. Yin meets you where you are… and gently invites you home to your inner quiet.

Ground & Grow is a welcoming class for beginners and those with a bit of experience who want to deepen their understanding of yoga in a steady, supported way. We slow things down, learn the “why” behind each pose, and give your body time to integrate what it learns.

Each week gently layers onto the last.
We start with foundational poses, explore them with detail, and revisit them in the following weeks so your body can truly absorb the alignment and sensation. New poses are added gradually, allowing you to strengthen your foundation without ever feeling overwhelmed.

Hands-on assists offer guidance for both safety and deeper embodiment, helping you feel the pose rather than just doing it. You’ll learn how to modify for your body, your mobility, and your energy — creating a practice that truly fits you.

This class gives you space to settle, grow, and feel your progress from week to week.
A grounding path forward… with room to bloom.
