The very first step before you even start working out is to get to know exactly what you are going to workout… your MUSCULAR STRUCTURE💪😃

How do we establish mind to muscle connection without knowing our muscles?

You don’t need to memories the names but you absolutely need to know and be able to VISUALIZE how muscle fibres connect our skeletal structure.
How constructions of muscle tissue creates movement.
How muscle contraction look like.

➡️If you eat organic, home cooked foods but you eat too much you will still be overweight.
➡️If you soak everything on fried vegitable oils, even if its best quality, you ll still have problems with cholesterol, liver and kidneys.

QUALITY is very important.

Why?

‼️ROWS‼️

Is the safety for all compound movements.



👉Rows activate lower and mid traps and lats.

(About 90% of people have deactivated mid and low traps, over tightened chest and shoulders, known as upper cross syndrome. Rows help to fix slouchy posture)👈



Properly functional mid traps are responsible for

✅️spine stability

✅️strong lower back

✅️helps with proper form of 60% of all exercises (any exercises that uses barbells, dumbbells or cables, or any other compound movement)





PROPER FORM

➡️Shoulders down

➡️squeeze shoulder blades at bottom and mid

➡️lower back straight

(Make sure you FEEL the mid back (lower traps) and side back (lats) and not your neck and biceps)



Stretches and exercises to help to perform rows properly

👉chest stretch

👉front delt stretch

👉upper trap and neck stretches

👉cable pull overs

👉reverse fly



*** i cannot stress the enough the importance of this movement done properly. It has to be practiced and done properly. Too many ppl have too many problems because of inactive back and over tightened chest, shoulders and neck.

Doing rows with wrong form can create even more problems and chronical pains.

Discipline, consistency, perseverance, relentlessness...

But what is this actually all about?

Its about
✅️PLAN - plan out where you want to go, your goal. And how you going to get there.
✅️STRUCTURE - structured workouts and meal plan.
✅️SCHEDULE - put it on paper. Your daily activities.

Than you use
Consistently
❗️DISCIPLINE to stay on the plan ❗️CONSISTENTLY over coming all the obstacles on the way RELENTLESSLY❗️

Here is a quick example.
-8am wake up and run
-9:30am meal 2
Eggs X
Oats X cup
Fruits X
-11am workout
-12:30pm meal 2
Chicken X oz
Rice X oz
Broccoli X oz
- 1pm work
- 3:30 meal 3
Beef X
Veggies X
- 6:30pm meal 4
Salmon X
Veggies
- 8pm finish work
- 9pm home and chill
- 11pm meditation
- 11:30pm sleep
That is just an EXAMPLE.
Yours might be different
But have the PATH have the PLAN have the SCHEDULE!

‼️DEADLIFTS‼️

One of the core exercises in of all fitness. And it is a GLUTE(ass) and HAMSTRINGS(back of the leg) exercise. NOT lower back.

Deadlift is based on a HIPHINGE movement, the main working muscles are there for your GLUTES (ass muscles).

Deadlift
➡️Works almost 90% of muscles, mostly as stabilisers.
➡️Activates hips and works gluts
➡️Boosts testosterone production
➡️Burns a lot of calories

***Main thing to understand and learn is the hip hinge movement, hip drive, core and gluts activation.

Proper form:
✅️Keep back straight, flex muscles in between shoulder blades and keep them flexed throughout the movement

✅️Bend in your hips not lower back

✅️Stick your butt waay out

✅️Drag the weight right along you thighs than shins

✅️Keep your knees back, don’t push them foreword (good way to practice this is in front of bench with shins pushed against the side of bench)

✅️Drive through the hips on the way up using your GLUTS.

✅️Core TIGHT

✅️Mid back TIGHT

Some exercises to improve deadlifts:
👉Weighted hip thrusts (IS KEY)
👉Hip hinge on back extension machine.
👉Stretch hips, hamstrings and calves.

There is no further progress without INTENSITY.

Once you get to gym, get on your diet and cardio, You have to increase the intensity of your workouts.
And keep increasing in gradually.
That is PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD.

I see it all the time. And you have seen it too. Same people year in and year out going to the gym and still no results.
Because they are sill using SAME WEIGHTS. same exercises!!!🤯

The proper way to increase INTENSITY:
✅️add weight
✅️do more reps
✅️less rest
✅️more exercises
✅️better form
(Do not do them all at once)
