Rehab Plus Pilates Studio Rehab Plus Pilates Studio is a medium size Pilates studio equipped with Balanced body Rialto reformers.

We offer small group reformer & mat pilates, private and duet reformer pilates by our certified Pilates instructor, and Gyrotonic® by our apprenticeship. We also provide pelvic floor physiotherapy and scoliosis treatment by our physiotherapist.

【Meet Our physiotherapist – Chapman】
Chapman is a registered physiotherapist with over 10 years of international experience across the UK, Hong Kong, and Canada, bringing a wealth of clinical expertise to our community.
With a Master’s degree in Geriatrics and Musculoskeletal Medicine, he specializes in treating complex pain cases and geriatric conditions through a combination of clinical pilates and acupuncture.
His approach is deeply patient-centered, focusing on active listening and effective communication to truly understand each client’s unique needs before developing a tailored path to recovery.
Driven by a passion for helping people in the most direct way possible, Chapman is dedicated to providing supportive care that empowers clients to overcome injury and reclaim their quality of life.
