Honestly, I feel lazy almost every single day.
But I still do just 10 minutes.

And every time after that
my body feels better
My neck doesn’t ache,My lower back feels lighter
And my body is basically like:
Yessss. That felt SOoooo good

I hate being harsh with myself.
Hardcore gym routines.
Strict diets.
All of that leads to burnout — and then to rebound.

So I chose a different approach.

This is what helped me lose 4 kg (8.8 lbs) already:

1. Hot showers to relax and lower stress

Not for calories.
For my nervous system.
Because high stress = high cortisol = harder to lose weight.

2. 10–15 minutes of gentle movement + foot work on the orthopedic mat

Nothing intense.
Just movement that:
• improves circulation
• supports lymphatic flow
• helps my body relax
• lowers cortisol

The mat became part of my routine because it feels good — not because I “have to.”

3. Prioritizing sleep

Not 4–6 hours.
I need 8–10 hours to function and regulate my hormones properly.

This one matters more than most people think.

4. Protein + fiber for dinner (when I can)

I try to keep dinners balanced — protein and vegetables.
But I’m not perfect.
And I don’t punish myself when life happens.

5. Watching stress and emotional eating

I realized I don’t overeat because I’m weak.
I overeat because I’m overwhelmed.

That’s why points 1 and 2 are the foundation.
Stress didn’t disappear from my life —
but I stopped living in it at full intensity.

Hot showers + gentle movement on the mat became my way to tell my body:
you’re safe, you can relax.

And when the body relaxes, everything changes.
I don’t have tons of free time.
I have work. A child. A full life.
And still — I find 10–15 minutes a day.

Just 10 minutes a day on the Ortho Puzzle mats.

Things we’re NOT bringing into 2026

1️⃣ Being too hard on ourselves.
This leads straight to burnout, emotional eating, tears, and constant overwhelm.
We don’t need that kind of stress anymore.

2️⃣ Diets.
Diets are built on restriction — and both the brain and nervous system suffer.
More control doesn’t mean better health.

3️⃣ Exhausting workouts.
Pushing yourself to the limit only causes setbacks.
Did 10 minutes of movement? That counts.
Went to bed on time? That’s a win.

💛 Choose kindness over pressure.
