I kept waiting for “the perfect moment” to take care of myself
and then realized that moment doesn’t exist.
So I started doing something incredibly simple:
I put my Ortho Puzzle mats in the kitchen.
And I walk on them while I’m:
• cleaning
• cooking
• packing lunches
• doing all the mom things
That’s it
No extra time or pressure
Just using the moments I already have, at least I have this moment 🥲
And guess what?
It works, cuz we need consistency and art of small steps.
Walking on the mats helps me:
• release physical and mental tension
• reduce swelling in my feet
• relax after rushing all day
• strengthen my legs and posture
• feel more grounded and calm
This tiny habit supports both my physical and mental health —
right in the middle of my chaotic mom-life routine.
