Designed for licensed physiotherapists, this foundational course is led by SSOL-certified Schroth Educator Carole Chebaro.

In this course, you will:

A scar isn’t just a mark on the skin ✨

Your body works as one connected system — skin, nerves, muscles, and fascia all communicate 🧠💫

When a scar changes that message, the brain may adapt movement elsewhere.

An abdominal scar can affect breathing or back support 🌬️

A knee scar can influence the hip or low back 🦵➡️🦴

A shoulder or chest scar can impact the neck 💪➡️🧍‍♂️

So symptoms don’t always show up where the scar is.
That’s why we don’t just treat where it hurts 🎯

"I'm Em, and I had my stroke 3 years ago- at just 26 years old. As a young, active elementary teacher, it was the last thing I ever expected or could have prepared for.

My whole life was flipped upside down in minutes, and with the support of family, friends and my physio team I've learned the true power of community, healing, and not feeling alone.🫂🫶🏼

Through my recovery, I've learned patience and the importance of giving my new body some grace. Setting small goals throughout rehab has helped me grow physically, cognitively, and emotionally.
