To all our patients and coordinators,
As the situation around the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) continues to evolve, I am reaching out to share how Fusion Care Clinic is responding to support our patients.
We want to assure you that now – and always – the health and safety of our patients, our nurses, and the communities where we live, work and serve, is our top priority.
We are closely following the guidance and advice from the Public Health Agency of Canada, the Centre for Disease Control, the World Health Organization, and other global and provincial health agencies.
We want you to feel at ease during appointments at the clinic. We have always had rigorous cleaning measures in our clinic.
Patients/family are having their temperature checked and a questionnaire answered prior to entering the infusion room.
There are no current impacts to our operations but as we always do, we are monitoring the situation very closely, following Health Canada updates.
We count on everyone - patients and family - to be mindful of their responsibilities towards each other’s wellbeing. Please do report if you have travelled and arrived in Canada less than 14 days ago.
Thank you for your continued support as we work through these challenges together. You have our commitment that we will do everything in our capacity to guarantee the safety of our patients.
The Fusion Care Team
