Sway isn’t just a swing issue—it’s a control issue.
When you can’t stabilize your pelvis,
your body shifts instead of rotates.
That’s when you start to see:
• Loss of balance
• Inconsistent contact
• Poor weight transfer
Most of the time, it comes down to:
• Pelvic control
• Lateral stability
• Hip movement
Train control → reduce sway → improve your swing.

Save this and try it.

How it started → where I am now.
A lot of time went into figuring out how this should actually work for clients.
What makes sense, what translates, and what actually helps.
It started with a lot of trial and error. Adjusting, learning, and building step by step.
Appreciate everyone who has been part of it and trusted the process.
Still building.

Loss of posture in the backswing is often a movement issue, not just a swing fault.
Limitations in hip hinge, core stability, and thoracic rotation force the body to compensate.
Improve how your body moves → improve how your swing performs.

Your swing isn’t just arms — it’s how well you can transition the power from the ground up to the body and through your arms to the club. That’s where your core plays a vital role!

If you can’t stabilize your core to transfer force efficiently, you’ll lose:
• Distance
• Consistency
• Control

A strong, coordinated core helps you:
✔ Transfer energy from the ground up
✔ Stay stable through impact
✔ Produce more speed with less strain

Here’s four simple exercises that you can try to start getting the core to stabilize and learn to control in rotation!

Try them out and let us know if you feel a difference!

Stop hanging back — train proper weight transfer.
If your weight stays on the trail leg, you’re losing speed and consistency.
In an efficient golf swing, pressure shifts into the lead hip before rotation.
Your glute medius plays a key role in stabilizing that lead side so you can post and create power.

Try these drills to improve your weight transfer:
• Side wall press
• Squat to overhead press
• Rotational lunge press
Transfer → Stabilize → Rotate.

Power isn’t arms. It’s rotation.
Distance comes from how well you load, rotate, and transfer force — not how hard you swing with your hands.
If you want more speed, train rotation.
3 rotational power drills:
• Swing cable pull
• Box drop rotational med ball throw
• Rotational drive lunge

Train the movement
Build real speed
