Have you felt exhausted lately? Can you barely make it up the stairs without getting winded even though you're physically fit? If so, you might be lacking in - especially if you're a woman.

Getting enough iron is of vital importance to the body especially in preventing . Consuming enough iron-rich foods is not necessarily enough to ensure that you do not have an iron deficiency.
