Hamilton Village celebrated Nutrition Month with our amazing dietician Erika, Chef Tony and our Recreation Team! 🥤💚

Residents enjoyed delicious “power smoothies” packed with goodness from crisp green apples, sweet strawberries, and antioxidant-rich blueberries to creamy avocado, bananas, and yogurt. We also blended in baby spinach, cucumbers, carrots, ginger, oranges, and soy milk for that extra boost of nutrients! 🍓🥑🥕

Chinese Lunar New Year at Hamilton Village has truly become a beautiful tradition in our community. Each year, residents and families gather with excitement as we welcome the incredible Vancouver Chinese Lion Dancers to officially start the celebrations with a literal BIG BANG! 🧨🥁

The VCLDA brings not only their stunning costumes and dynamic performances, but also the rich cultural meaning behind the lion dance symbolizing good luck, prosperity, and warding off negative energy for the year ahead.

It was more than a performance. It’s community, culture, and joy all coming together to welcome a fresh new year full of blessings. 恭喜发财 🧧✨

We believe in creating meaningful moments and not just filling time. One of Hamilton Village's signature activity sessions, the Java Music Club, is a safe and welcoming space where residents come together to enjoy music, share their inner thoughts, reflect on memories, and offer one another encouragement and support over a cup of coffee.

Through familiar songs, heartfelt conversations, and genuine connection, residents build friendships, express emotions, and strengthen their sense of belonging.
