Our guys braved the cold weather and helped out with the 2026 Fox40 Prospect Challenge on Sunday!

The Fox40 Prospect Challenge (FPC) West Showcase is a premier high school football event featuring top prospects from British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. The weekend included practices, evaluation, and livestreamed gameday action for top talent.

Our Physio, Kin, and RMT helped with taping, injury prevention, and injury assessments during gameplay. It was an action packed day to say the least!

Hi everyone, welcome Matthew to the STM team 👋

Matthew recently graduated from with a Bachelor’s degree in , with a concentration in Active Health and Rehabilitation. During his time at SFU, he worked as a Physiotherapist Assistant, supported varsity athletes in strength and conditioning, and helped students build a strong foundation in sports injury care.

Those hands-on experiences shaped the way he approaches movement and rehab. Matthew is passionate about helping people build strength with intention, restore confidence, and get back to doing what they love: feeling stronger and more capable in their bodies every day.

𝗦𝗧𝗠: Outside the clinic, what do you like to do to stay active?
𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘄: Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find me playing volleyball, golfing, weight training, or getting competitive over Spikeball.
I’m excited to be part of the team and to support you in moving better and feeling stronger.

A big big big BIG THANK YOU to our wonderful community for supporting our 5th annual HOLIDAY FOOD DRIVE!

It was a huge success! We started with 2 empty boxes and ended up filling 7!!!

Shout out to , , , / , , and Steelkut Fitness for helping us spread the goodwill!

We couldn't have done it without our amazing clients, gym members, all the staff, and YOU!

We had an absolute blast helping out at with and for their Jolly Jams Pickleball Tournament!

They put on an amazing event and had a food drive for the to help our Richmond Community!

Our very own also participated in the tournament and even got a Thai massage from one of the incredible players!

All food donations will be given to . Please bring any non perishable foods items to our office.

We are extremely excited to introduce you to our new RMT, Wei Wang!

Wei has been working as an RMT in Toronto since 2013 and began practicing in Vancouver in
2024. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Japanese!

Wei has extensive experience in treating
musculoskeletal injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries, and other
traumas, including headaches, migraines, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, and
whiplash. Wei also has experience with treating post-concussion symptoms.

Wei uses trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, joint mobilization, myofascial release, and lymphatic drainage techniques.

In his spare time, he enjoys hiking and traveling!

Wei is available Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 2-8pm.
