We had an absolute blast helping out at with and for their Jolly Jams Pickleball Tournament!

They put on an amazing event and had a food drive for the to help our Richmond Community!

Our very own also participated in the tournament and even got a Thai massage from one of the incredible players!

It's that time of year to help spread the holiday cheer to our Richmond community!

Our 5th annual HOLIDAY FOOD DRIVE starts now until December 23rd!

All food donations will be given to . Please bring any non perishable foods items to our office.

Every donation also enters you into our prize draw where our community has come together to offer some amazing prizes! See the 2nd slide for the full list!

Let's help out those in need and get into the holiday spirit!

We are extremely excited to introduce you to our new RMT, Wei Wang!

Wei has been working as an RMT in Toronto since 2013 and began practicing in Vancouver in
2024. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Japanese!

Wei has extensive experience in treating
musculoskeletal injuries resulting from motor vehicle accidents, sports injuries, and other
traumas, including headaches, migraines, temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction, and
whiplash. Wei also has experience with treating post-concussion symptoms.

Wei uses trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, joint mobilization, myofascial release, and lymphatic drainage techniques.

In his spare time, he enjoys hiking and traveling!

Wei is available Monday and Wednesday afternoons from 2-8pm.

We’re looking to add an RMT and Physiotherapist here at Strength Through Motion!

We are a rehab clinic inside of Richmond Sports & Fitness. We have an active and motivated patient base (gym members, ICBC, prehab, maintenance), access to private treatment rooms, and a full gym for active rehab.

Flexible hours, strong referrals, new grads welcome!

One of our OGs will be leaving 😭

The sad news:
is transitioning to a new role to be closer to her family, and we couldn't be happier for her as she embarks on this new chapter. We are so grateful for her contributions to our STM family over the years and wish her success and happiness.

The good news!:
Jenni still has some openings for RMT Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays until the first week of October. Book in now to see her before she leaves! (Link in bio)

That's a wrap for year 2 at !

All the athletes played incredible! It was amazing to watch such high-level basketball. Congratulations to all the teams!

Thank you for coming through to our pop-up clinic in the fieldhouse. We were glad to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new people from all across Canada and the States!

🕊️ On April 26, 2025, a tragic act of violence at Vancouver's Lapu Lapu Day Festival deeply impacted our community.  In response, launched the initiative to support victims and their families.  Partnering with , 100% of donations go directly to those affected, covering essentials like counseling, emergency needs, and memorial costs.

A Resilience Centre has been established as a safe, healing space for the community.

💛 "Kapwa" embodies our shared humanity and unity.  Let's honor the victims and uplift those in grief - standing together, as one community.
