Today concluded my birthday week 😁
Feeling so grateful for all the love, messages, kind words, and moments of connection this past week. It truly filled my heart more than I expected.
Another year, another chapter, and I’m stepping into it with more joy, clarity, intention, and appreciation for the work I get to do and the people I get to share it with. 🌿

Today I’m thinking about the women around me: the ones building businesses, raising children, holding families together, chasing dreams, healing, learning, falling down and getting back up again.
Women who are strong and soft at the same time.
Women who question, grow, and refuse to stay small.
I feel incredibly grateful for the women in my life who challenge me, inspire me, and make my world bigger just by being in it.
And a special appreciation for the quiet strength it takes to keep showing up as mothers, partners, leaders, friends, and individuals still finding our own way.
Here’s to supporting each other, lifting each other, and celebrating the many ways women shape the world.

Today’s very brave patient 🧸

Acupuncture and cupping aren’t just for grown-ups!
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, we often use gentle, child-friendly techniques to help with:

Kids respond so well because their energy moves quickly — small treatments can bring big relief.

Yes, those marks look intense 😳
But they’re actually signs of healing in progress.

This patient had a lot of stagnation in their upper back — think tension, tightness, lack of circulation.

Cupping works by lifting the fascia, drawing blood to the surface, and helping stuck energy (Qi) move.
The darker the marks, the more stagnation was there.
The good news? He felt immediate relief afterward — lighter, looser, and more open.

The marks usually fade within a few days — but the effects can last much longer.
