✨ Meet my brand-new kitchen buddy — the TM7! ✨
After more than a decade of cooking, blending, steaming, and creating countless meals with Thermomix, it feels pretty special to welcome the next generation. 🥹💚

This machine has always been my secret ingredient — turning everyday cooking into something simple, joyful, and a little magical. And the best part? I get to pass along the little tricks I’ve picked up over the years, so no one’s Thermomix ever sits quietly in a corner. 🌟

I’m one of the first consultants in Canada to receive the TM7 (perks of sticking around since before “smart cooking” was even a thing 🙃). Can’t wait to see what new surprises it has in store — and share them with you too!

Strawberry Whey and Matcha Shake

130g frozen strawberries + 1/2 scoop of vanilla whey (or more if you will)

Blend for 10 seconds speed 5.

Poor into a tall glass.

Without washing the Thermomix bowl add:

1 banana
3 ice cubes
2 heaped Tbsp yogurt
1 tsp matcha powder

Blend for 1 minute, speed 9.

Top up your strawberry slush with this goodness greeness and enjoy!
