Pain isn’t always a sign to stop.
And it’s not a sign to push through either.

Sometimes, you need professional help, especially if the pain is sharp, persistent, or limiting your daily movement.

That’s where working with a practitioner like matters.

But a lot of the time?

Pain is your body losing tolerance.
It doesn’t feel safe in certain positions anymore, so it tightens and restricts.

Most people think they need to go deeper into a stretch to get results.

But going deeper isn’t always better.

If you’re forcing yourself into a range your body doesn’t have control over,
your body will usually respond by tightening even more.

That’s why some stretches feel like they’re not working or only help temporarily.

What your body actually needs is:

• control in the range
• support from surrounding muscles
• a sense of safety in the movement

That’s where real mobility comes from.
