✨ Meet Belle ✨

We’re excited to welcome our newest Kinesiologist, Belle, to the Vitality Integrative Health team!

With nearly 10 years of experience helping clients recover from motor vehicle accidents and personal injuries, Belle is known for her thoughtful, individualized approach to rehab. She designs personalized exercise programs to support each person’s unique recovery journey and overall well-being.

Belle is also in her final year of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture, allowing her to blend evidence-based exercise therapy with a holistic perspective on balance and long-term healing.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find her doing Pilates, camping, or enjoying local trails 🌿
