In response to the Province of British Columbia's state of emergency declared Wednesday, March 18th , 2020, we have temporarily set-up a virtual walk-in clinic. This allows patients who are not currently registered patients of our clinic to seek medical advice for a limited number of services. Some....

Based on the latest direction from the Ministry Of Health, we have implemented a Virtual-First approach:

All patients who are registered with a family doctor can book an on-line appointment to see your physician by phone or video call. We kindly ask that you go ahead an book online and not call the clinic to book.

All patients who are registered but not yet attached to a physician can call us and we will book your virtual appointment for you.

All new patients that have never been registered at our clinic for now cannot book an appointment. We are working to find a solution for this.

We will be contacting all patients who have existing booked appointments to change them to a virtual appointment.

Try to book a telephone or video conference appointment online from our website, rather than an in person visit. This will not only help keep you safe, but also your family members and loved ones. We recognize some appointments cannot be managed over phone or video. For those please feel free to book an in-person visit. Over the next few weeks, all health care professionals will be busier as the number of cases increases. Please be understanding of that.

Tip for online booking - you only need one email address per family. Just create your online booking account when you make your first appt, and then use that email and each family members PHN (MSP Number) to make each booking when you need it.
