Due to some technical difficulties our phones will be answered 9:00am-11:00am for the remainder of our holiday schedule. This includes December 29, 30 and 31. The clinic will be closed January 1.

Regular business hours resume Friday, January 2 with phones answered 9:00am-11:30am and 1:00pm-2:30pm.

URGENT CARE FULL
We are full for same day urgent care appointments today.

If you need to urgently see your doctor please call us at 8:00AM tomorrow morning. Our phones on Saturdays are on until 9:20am or until urgent care fills, whichever comes first.

If you are sick, please remember to MASK UP when coming into the clinic. You are also required to come in 15min PRIOR to the start of your appointment time so vitals can be completed AHEAD of seeing the physician.

We have opened our waitlist!

We have been working off the waitlist we opened in May 2025. At this time, the majority of patients we are accepting off this waitlist have already found a physician elsewhere. This is great!! It also means we need to refresh our waitlist so we are able to service individuals who don’t yet have a family doctor.

The waitlist will be opened from Thursday, November 27 until Monday, December 1.

Given the existing physician shortage, we will be prioritizing those who live in Richmond, North Gower, Beckwith and Ashton.

A reminder that completing a wait list application does not guarantee you will be accepted as a patient.

Western Ottawa Community Resource Centre
at Richmond Medical Clinic is CLOSED TODAY

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances Western Ottawa Community Resource Centre will be closed today at their Richmond Medical Clinic location.

If you would like to book an appointment with them for next Tuesday, please give us a call at 613-838-1223 ext. 1.

We expect walk ins for Western Ottawa to resume next Tuesday, December 2.

This workshop is designed for parents and caregivers to attend together with their children or youth (ages 5–17). Please note that children and youth must be accompanied by an adult, and registration is required.
