Being super busy these days. Working on my immigration paperwork- supervisa application, hours at daycare, yoga courses and taking care of my daughter. I am grateful to have my mom helping me. Otherwise, I cannot do all of these. This stage, I am focused on work.

keeping up with my routine! Before (pink) and after. I have been using the wrong posture to hold and carry my baby girl. Also, I am sitting all day working in front of the computer with bad habits. Over a month, I have more strength to correct myself. I felt taller and leaner.
