🌟 Volunteer Spotlight: Rod Schaff 🌟
Rod has been a dedicated volunteer with RCHHS for 8 years, serving on our Board of Directors throughout all of that time. But Rod’s impact goes far beyond board meetings β€” he’s the person we call when things need to get done.
From the Food Bank relocation, to purchasing a shed, to fixing the rimshaw and golf cart, and so much more, Rod consistently steps up with a can‑do attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed. We know we are not the only organization Rod volunteers for, Rimbey is so fortunate to have volunteers like Rod.
Rod, we thank you and are truly grateful for everything you have done for RCHHS over the years. Your commitment and hard work have made a lasting difference in our community. πŸ’™πŸ‘

With many drink options lining up grocery store shelves, choosing the right drink is not always easy. When it comes to hydration, simple is the way to go. Make water your first choice. For children, milk provides essential nutrients critical for growth and development. Many other drinks such as pop, fruit juices, sweetened iced teas and sweetened coffee drinks can be high in added sugar. If choosing other drinks, look for those with little to no added sodium, sugars, or saturated fat.
