Ponoka County West District Fire and our friends from the RCMP invite you to help make a difference this holiday season!

This year, we’ll be stuffing the brand-new RCHHS bus with donations of non-perishable food items and cash.
✅ All proceeds go directly to the Rimbey Food Bank.

Eating healthy can feel like it is hard, especially when time, energy, or money is limited. But here’s the good news: Healthy eating doesn’t have to mean always cooking everything from scratch! Instead of focusing on what to cut out, try asking yourself: “What can I add to make this meal more nutritious?” For example, add a boiled egg and spinach to your ramen → increases protein + iron. This shift in mindset can make healthy eating feel easier.
