Grief can make you feel invisible to yourself, like you’re drifting through your own life.

But even then, the smallest tasks have a way of grounding you. Watering the plants, feeding the pets, taking the next breath.

Maybe that’s the gentle magic of healing: showing up in small, tender ways, even when we don’t feel like ourselves.
