But even then, the smallest tasks have a way of grounding you. Watering the plants, feeding the pets, taking the next breath.

Maybe that’s the gentle magic of healing: showing up in small, tender ways, even when we don’t feel like ourselves.

Halloween Tips for a Spooktacular Night:

🐾 Keep pets safe — no chocolate & comfy costumes only!
🔦 Add glow sticks or reflective tape for night visibility.
🍬 Have allergy-friendly treats (stickers, glow rings, etc).
👗 Try on costumes early — no wardrobe scares later.
🕯️ Use LED candles instead of real ones.
📸 Golden hour = best spooky lighting.
🎃 Keep extra candy + a mini first-aid kit handy.
