Valeria (Val) grew up in Kincardine and completed a Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Limerick in 2023. Val works with clients to make goals and achieve them through functional exercises, manual therapy, and education. Val has completed pelvic floor training through Pelvic Health Solutions.

She is accepting new patients for pelvic health physiotherapy starting in May 2026.

This past September marked five years since we opened the clinic in Ripley. We are just as excited now as we were back in 2020 to assist our clients and community with physiotherapy care. Time flies when you're having fun!

UPDATE September 24, 2025: Due to a very overwhelming response from the community, we've had a huge response for the study. Thank you so much for sharing, liking, and supporting this work! Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any further children to the study.

Kara, a registered Occupational Therapist, has been studying Osteopathy for the past two years and she is completing a study on ADHD.

We are seeking children aged 6-12 with a diagnosis of ADHD and their parents/guardians to participate in free osteopathic assessment and treatments.

Assessment and treatments will begin in approximately 1-2 months time.
