Call us today to book your appointment 506-386-6060 We understand busy schedules and different circumstances can not be avoided so we are happy to cancel your appointment with a MINIMUM of 24 hours notice. You may cancel or reschedule your appointments before 24 hours either by logging into your customer profile, using Square, through the email or text confirmation you received from us, or by calling the salon at 506-386-6060. ***Instagram DM's, Facebook Messages or other forms of communication are not accepted to cancel. Please call the salon during business hours. Our hours are Monday through Friday 10am - 9pm, Saturday 10am - 4pm and Sunday 10am - 4pm unless otherwise stated on ur social media. Any service cancelled/rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged or billed the full service amount, to ensure the service provider is still paid for their time the reserved exclusively for you. Exception is if we do fill this spot you will not be charged, if ample time was provided. "No call/No Show" will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked and the payment must be submitted prior to booking any future appointments at Luxe with any service provider. Brand & Operations Director

Luxe Beauty & Wellness Co. is seeking an experienced, strategic leader to join our team as Brand & Operations Director. This is a senior leadership position for an individual who will act as the operational extension of the Owner and manage the business. This role is critical to ensuring the business operates with consistency, accountability, and excellence across all departments.‼️ This is not an entry-level role. This position is intended for candidates with proven leadership experience who are comfortable making high-level decisions and leading other leaders.

Primary Focus
• Business operations
• Leadership oversight
• Brand management
• Executive support to ownership

Key Responsibilities
As Brand & Operations Director, you will be responsible for:
• Leading daily operations across all departments
• Supporting, managing, and coaching the leadership team
• Driving performance, structure, and accountability company-wide
• Implementing and enforcing systems, policies, and performance standards
• Overseeing scheduling, staffing structure, workflows, and productivity
• Identifying inefficiencies and implementing corrective solutions
• Acting as the primary operational decision-maker in the Owner’s absence
• Holding leadership accountable to performance and standards
• Coaching leadership through difficult decisions and accountability conversations

Brand & Marketing Leadership
• Protect and elevate the Luxe brand
• Oversee brand identity, positioning, and public image
• Lead all social media strategy and ex*****on (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Ensure consistency across digital content, signage, promotions, and in-salon branding
• Direct campaigns, launches, promotions, and brand initiatives
Executive & Strategic Support
• Prepare reports, summaries, and strategic insights
• Monitor departmental performance
• Analyze operational data to inform decision-making
• Optimize resources for efficiency and profitability

Schedule & Availability
• Full-time, on-site role
• Primarily focused on leadership and operations
• Evening availability required (2 -3 evenings per week)
• Weekend availability required
• Flexibility is essential

This role is ideal for someone who:
• Has operated at a senior leadership or management level
• Has experience leading operations, branding, and teams
• Is confident making high-level decisions
• Thrives in structured, accountability-driven environments
• Understands that leadership is responsibility, not status

The successful candidate will be expected to:
• Lead daily operations and support department managers
• Uphold and enforce all company policies, procedures, and brand standards
• Act as a visible leadership presence when required
• Maintain professionalism, discretion, and accountability at all times
• Fully comply with uniform, grooming, hygiene, confidentiality, and leadership standards

This role requires leading by example at all times. Compensation is open for discussion and will be based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated leadership ability.
