Staff Spotlight: The Dynamic Duo – Ashley & Archie! 🌟
Meet the heart and paws behind Luxe! 💕
Ashley, our incredible owner, founder, and visionary leader, is the heart, hustle, and drive behind everything we do. She started Luxe in late 2019 with just $1,200, a dream, and endless determination to create a salon where clients feel confident, cared for, and completely at home.
Since officially opening in January 2020, she’s grown Luxe into the full-service empire it is today with 21 talented team members, a wide range of beauty and wellness services, and a strong reputation for excellence right here in Riverview.
With 13 years of industry experience, Ashley began as a lash technician and spray tan artist, then in 2018 completed her 10 month Medical Aesthetics program and today she’s a certified educator with both different tanning brands and DermaplanePro Canada, teaching safe and effective techniques to professionals across the province and in our salon.
She also proudly serves as the Vice President of the Cosmetology Association of New Brunswick (CANB), helping shape industry standards and policies for licensed professionals throughout the province.
When she’s not leading Luxe, Ashley is pursuing her Bachelor of Arts at Kingswood University to become a Next Gen (Youth) Pastor, blending her passion for mentorship and ministry through her youth brand, Riise Collective dedicated to empowering and supporting the next generation in our communities.
🎤 Fun fact: Ashley is a huge country music fan and is about to check a bucket-list moment off her list heading to Nashville to see Alan Jackson at his final concert next summer! 🤠
🐾 Archie, our loyal salon pup, might be the fluffiest member of Team Luxe, but he’s also one of the busiest! From greeting guests with his wagging tail to offering emotional support during colour processing, Archie is all about comfort, cuddles, and keeping everyone smiling. He’s been with us since he was a pup and takes his duties (especially treat inspections) very seriously!
Together, Ashley and Archie bring warmth, personality, and plenty of love to Luxe creating a space that feels like home every time you visit.
