Common Sense Defense for Women Teaching a Common Sense approach to women's self-defense—practical, effective, and empowering strategies to stay safe. 💪 LOL. Just kidding.

Recently retired from RCMP after 15 years. Born and raised in PEI. Four sisters and one brother so I got beat up a lot growing up. My Mom is my role model and rock. I have wanted to do this course since I started at Depot and can now put my complete focus and attention in helping women feel more confident and free from worry.
