Common Sense Defense for Women Teaching a Common Sense approach to women's self-defense—practical, effective, and empowering strategies to stay safe. 💪 LOL. Just kidding.

Recently retired from RCMP after 15 years. Born and raised in PEI. Four sisters and one brother so I got beat up a lot growing up. My Mom is my role model and rock. I have wanted to do this course since I started at Depot and can now put my complete focus and attention in helping women feel more confident and free from worry.

Thank you to the Courage Centre in Shediac.

Over the past few days, I had the honour of teaching both your staff and your clients. A lot of tears were shed, a lot of fears were faced, and a tremendous amount of confidence was gained.

I’m grateful for the trust you placed in me and for the strength every woman showed in that room. I thoroughly enjoyed teaching these incredible ladies, and I sincerely hope to be back in the very near future.
