Yoga practices include movement (asana), breathing practices (pranayama) and stillness (meditation)...each is valuable when we bring awareness to what we are experiencing 💝

Asana is to pay attention to the sensations of the body, non-verbal attention. Pranayama is to paying attention to the breath and non-breath and meditation is having awareness of awareness.
