We are a Classical Pilates studio nestled in a natural rainforest setting in Roberts Creek, Sunshine Coast.

Classical Pilates Studio, offering private lessons and group classes. Private clients benefit from the use of the reformer and tower which we have here at our studio. Group classes are mat based with the use of small props during the class.

Although we love our job here at Creek Pilates, we also understand that rest is a weapon.

We will be closed from December 20th to January 4th to be with our loved ones, rest and maybe even indulge in some (a lot) of chocolate 🤫

Who said it was a snow day! Not here at Creek Pilates. 6 fabulous clients hiked through the snow to get to mat class today and 1 attended via zoom. I have some hardcore clients!! So grateful for these wonderful beings.
