How will you be celebrating the day of the dead? Many Cultures take time on this eve to honour the ancestors of blood and spirit. I ad a small ritual on the weekend but tonight I will be celebrating in solitary. It’s a new moon so I will ask for blessings and support for the coming year. I’ll make offerings of food and drink and have a burning ritual to send those intentions out. The veil is thin. It’s easier for the dead to speak to the living. If you pay attention perhaps you will receive messages. 🎃 👻

My coldest plunge yet… 14 degrees. (Aside from the time i drive into the lake…) 😯 yes that happened! Man that’s cold! Thank goodness for the warm day and invigorating run. I’m continually supported, and inspired. Living freely and openly as I choose closely connected to nature. I help others work toward their health goals through herbs movement and energy work. They have changed my life and continue to support me. I hope you all enjoyed this beautiful day!
