1. Reflexology can balance and boost your emotional health.
2. The Spine structure is replicated very clearly on the inside of the foot. So if you suffer back problems you may well be surprised at how Reflexology can give some relief.
3. A Reflexologist will use a practice to greet your feet before beginning a treatment.
4. Your big toe relates very much to your Head and Brain.
